Our clients include asset, wealth, and investment advisers and administrators from every sector of the industry, including investment managers, broker‑dealers, banks, insurance companies, mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity, alternative products, and other money managers.

• Engagement Management:
  Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy‑in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on‑time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk.
• Client Management:
  Manage day‑to‑day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Business Development:
  Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
• People Development:
  Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
• Own and drive an AI & data delivery portfolio aligned to investment management priorities (e.g., alpha research, risk, client reporting, operations efficiency).
• Lead cross‑functional teams (data engineering, data science, analytics, product, and platform) to deliver production‑grade solutions.
• Establish roadmaps, success metrics (OKRs/KPIs), and governance for AI and data initiatives.

• 10+ years of experience in AI/data/analytics roles with increasing leadership responsibility.
• 8+ years demonstrated experience in investment management (asset management, wealth management, hedge fund, pensions, or capital markets in an IM context).
• 8+ years experience in investment data domains (e.g., market data, holdings/positions, transactions, reference data, performance, risk).
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise data/AI products in production (not just proofs of concept).
• 8+ years experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams and managing complex programs/portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA/MS/PhD) preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
