Rate: $50.00 to $58.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:

- Review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations.
- Determine user needs and requirements across business functions.
- Recommend improvements to systems based on analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between users and engineering or development staff.
- Identify, document, report, and track system issues through resolution.
- Support the translation of business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in IT systems analysis or a closely related function.
- Proven ability to elicit, document, and manage requirements from business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with engineering and development teams.
- Hands-on experience with issue identification, documentation, and tracking through closure.
- History of recommending and implementing system or process improvements.
