Hybrid 4 days onsite in Maryland Heights, MO
Our client is a leading connectivity and media organization serving consumers and businesses nationwide under a well-known brand. The organization operates at large scale with millions of customers across dozens of states and is among the largest providers in cable, pay TV, and residential telephony in the United States.

Rate: $63.00 to $67.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Manage one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects.
- Align project and program delivery with broader strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
- Establish and enforce governance controls across projects and programs.
- Plan, implement, and manage schedules from inception through delivery.
- Define and report the program roadmap, status, development issues, and success metrics.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate areas of risk across projects and dependencies.
- Coordinate interdependencies among projects and orchestrate outcomes to achieve program goals.
- Manage and allocate resources across projects to optimize cost, performance, and schedule.
- Build, manage, and track program budgets.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.
- Maintain awareness of trends, business conditions, and internal processes impacting the program.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience managing complex, multi-project IT programs.
- Proven experience implementing program governance and reporting on roadmaps, metrics, and issues.
- Demonstrated success coordinating project interdependencies and cross-functional resources.
- Experience with risk identification, monitoring, and mitigation at the program level.
- Track record of budget development, management, and variance tracking.
- Ability to drive schedule, cost, and performance improvements across projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and business conditions that influence program delivery.
