Key Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for the leadership and operational performance of Network and Cyber Security Services in Singapore, ensuring consistent service quality and reliability.
Lead, guide, and develop engineering teams comprising local staff as well as outsourced or remote resources.
Drive business planning activities, define service strategies, and shape long-term portfolio growth initiatives.
Hold full accountability for financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, pricing models, and profitability optimisation.
Oversee the delivery and governance of network services spanning leased lines, IP-VPN/MPLS, L2
VPN, Internet connectivity, and multi-carrier environments.Direct the architecture, implementation, and day-to-day operations of cyber security services such as EDR/MDR, SOC/SOCaaS, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Support business development efforts by contributing to pre-sales engagements, solution design, and technical advisory for internal stakeholders.
Serve as the senior escalation authority for major network disruptions, security breaches, high-risk system changes, and complex client scenarios.
Partner with regional counterparts and headquarters to ensure alignment in standards, service offerings, and operational execution.
Strengthen governance practices by enforcing SLAs and policies, maintaining proper documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within network services and IT infrastructure environments.
Hands‑on experience in server and cloud environments, including implementation and troubleshooting (Linux, Nutanix).
Proven track record of leading technical teams, including the management of outsourced and remote engineering resources.
Strong technical competency in IP‑VPN/MPLS, L2/L3 networking, Internet services, and multi‑carrier network environments.
Solid understanding of cyber security fundamentals, managed security service models, and incident response frameworks.
Ability to step in as a senior technical expert during critical incident resolution and complex troubleshooting situations.
Experience overseeing business planning activities, financial performance, cost management, and service profitability.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to sales teams, management, and customers.
Prior experience collaborating with regional stakeholders and global headquarters is highly advantageous.
Business‑level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Japanese language capability is highly preferred to support communication with headquarters and Japanese‑speaking customers.
