Job scopes:- Manage contracts, agreements, and client documentation.
- Follow up with signed-back customers to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate internal databases for BD activities.
- Train clients on using our AI digital marketing tools.
- Coordinate with BD and internal teams to resolve client queries.
- Assist the BD team in following up on leads, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Help improve internal processes and workflow efficiency.
- 1–3 years experience in operations support, client success, or sales support.
- Comfortable delivering client training and presentations.
- Interest in AI, digital marketing, or automotive industry is a plus.
