As a result of continuous growth of business, we are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (IT) to join us and play a critical role in shaping our future success.
Key Responsibilities Strategic LeadershipDefine and implement the company’s IT vision and roadmap.
Align technology initiatives with overall business goals.
Identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation.
Technology ManagementOversee IT infrastructure, applications, and enterprise systems.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of technology platforms.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Cybersecurity & ComplianceEstablish and enforce robust cybersecurity policies and practices.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards.
Manage risk assessments and disaster recovery planning.
Team LeadershipBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships.
Operational ExcellenceOptimize IT processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Implement best practices in IT service management.
Monitor KPIs and report on IT performance to executive leadership.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior executive position.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software development.
- Demonstrated ability to align technology with business strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
