Duration: 6 months + extension - project is long term (3 years)

• Conducting workshops
• Understanding and reviewing current Coupa configurations and workflows
• Identifying pain points in PR/PO creation, approval, and vendor management
• Designing optimized purchasing processes according to the CORE model
• Configuring Coupa settings (e.g., document types, release strategies, source lists, output)
• Performing integration checks with related modules (FI, IM, local applications if applicable)
• Providing user training and documentation
• Support UAT
• Post live support and handover to support team.
• Provide adhoc support to business user for urgent issue.

• Project Management: Leading or supporting implementation projects: fit‑gap analyses, blueprinting, solution demos.
• Running workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements or validate solutions.
• Preparing functional and technical specifications for enhancements and new features.
• Managing integration between Coupa/SAP and external systems (e.g., Tradeshift).
• Validating that enhancements align with the global core model, avoiding regressions.
• Supporting interface troubleshooting and end‑to‑end process flows (buy & sell, pricing, EDI, MRP)
• Designing and executing unit, integration, and UAT test scenarios.
• Training, Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: preparing and delivering end‑user or key‑user training, creating training materials, process documentation, and KT handover packages.
