• 5‑7 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient in project management and customer service
• Experience with Agile methodologies

• 3‑5 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
• 3‑5 years in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
• Experience with IVR or chatbot technologies
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP
