As a Strategy Consultant in Enterprise Platform and AI, you will help Public Sector clients optimize their cloud investments and operational models by designing and implementing strategies to support technology adoption and cloud transformation. You will leverage your expertise in cloud operations, cost management, performance optimization, and business planning to drive sustainable transformation and improve operational efficiency.

• Develop Cloud Strategies:
  Design and implement cloud solutions that align technology with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration, performance optimization, and security within cloud ecosystems. Drive Transformation:
  Collaborate closely with clients to enhance enterprise capabilities, drive sustainable transformation, and improve operational efficiency through cloud adoption and optimization. Provide Thought Leadership:
  Offer expert guidance on enterprise transformation, cloud management, and analytics, helping organizations align technology investments with business objectives. Optimize Cloud Investments
• Develop and implement cost management and performance optimization strategies to ensure clients maximize their cloud investments.
• Enhance Enterprise Capabilities:
  Work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that drive business value and growth.

• Deep understanding of Whole-of-Government (WoG) strategic directions
  , core governance forums, technology platforms, standards, investment frameworks, and risk management, benchmarked against leading global practices.
• Cloud Transformation Leadership:
  Experience driving sustainable transformation and improving operational efficiency through cloud adoption and optimization, with a proven track record of enhancing enterprise capabilities.
• Cloud Cost Management:
  Deep understanding of cost management and performance optimization strategies, with expertise in developing and implementing plans to maximize cloud investments.
• Enterprise Cloud Architecture:
  Experience defining architectures for both private and public cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration, performance optimization, and security within cloud ecosystems.
• Business Planning and Analytics:
  Expertise in business planning and analytics, with the ability to provide thought leadership on enterprise transformation, cloud management, and analytics.
