We are looking for a positive, customer‑focused analyst that will support staff using the ui program’s information systems and technology.

• support users in the operation of the ui program’s systems.
• audit system access reports to ensure proper use and access privileges.
• collaborate with partner areas, especially the information technology branch.
• troubleshoot and triage technical issues.
• utilize project management principles.
• lead or participate on various automation project teams in support of the ui program.
