You will be responsible for:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engagement Manager to join our team who will play a pivotal role in understanding Pharma client requirements, lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget. The candidate should have a strong background in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.

• Lead end-to-end Pharma project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and issues proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, marketing, and operations.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across BI platforms.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and data interpretation.

• MBA
• 10+ overall years of experience in leading analytical projects in pharma domain along with client facing role
• Should have managed large teams
• Proficient in financial concepts.
• Life science / pharma background would be mandatory
• Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and manage client’s expectations
• Ability to take initiatives with excellent interpersonal skills
• Passion for networking and updating oneself with the latest market trends and relate it to identifying business opportunities
• Structured thinking and articulation
• Ability to manage pressure and work with multiple stakeholders
