What will you be doing?The Senior Technical Delivery Manager is the primary liaison between the customer and the WWT delivery team, responsible for developing, communicating, and overseeing complex solutions that meet customer business outcomes. In this role you will drive customer relationships, manage delivery risk, ensure contractual milestones, and collaborate closely with sales and multiple service lines to create long‑term, growth‑driven partnerships.
Responsibilities- Contract Management – develop and negotiate contracts; ensure all deliverables are met within the Statement of Work timelines.
- Customer Liaison – act as the main point of contact for senior executive leaders; drive quarterly business reviews and establish trusted advisor relationships.
- Team Liaison – coordinate between the delivery team and sales; remove roadblocks and keep engagement on track.
- Define/Ensure Customer Success – collaborate with the customer to set program success criteria and business outcomes; monitor progress and hold teams accountable.
- Risk Management – identify, mitigate, and track project risks; coordinate dependencies across multi‑team engagements.
- Project Delivery – oversee multiple engagements or work streams of large‑scale programs; drive continuous improvement and customer value.
- Consultative Technology Advisor – bring advisory value across WWT services, facilitating innovation and thought leadership.
- Business Development/Growth – collaborate with sales to identify partnership growth opportunities; drive pipeline through delivery success and strategic partnering.
- 5‑8+ years of Technology Consulting experience with leading firms.
- 7‑10+ years of business experience.
- Proven track record in strategic direction, customer and outcome‑focused solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience working as a Client Partner on technology‑oriented projects and programs.
- Strong project management and SOW development skills.
- Experience in business case development, ROI analysis, and technology initiatives.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree preferred.
Salary range: $150,000 – $190,000 annually, with variable incentive compensation based on performance. This is an estimate and may vary by location and experience.
