Sr. Project Manager - ServiceNow Implementation

Location: California

* Lead the full lifecycle of the Service Now implementation program, from planning and design through deployment and stabilization.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, and business units to define requirements, scope, and success criteria.
* Manage vendor relationships, including Service Now partners and system integrators.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
* Drive change management, training, and communication strategies to support adoption.
* Monitor program performance, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
* Provide regular updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
* 7+ years of experience in program or project management.
* At least 3 years experience leading Service Now implementations.
* PMP, ITIL, or Service Now certifications are strongly recommended
* Experience implementing Service Now in a utility or energy sector environment.
* Familiarity with regulatory and operational requirements specific to utilities.
* Knowledge of integration with legacy systems and data migration strategies.
* Deep understanding of Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Builds stable working relationships internally
* Follows standard practice and procedures when analyzing situations or data
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent coordination skills and a team player
* Ability to identify issues and escalate as needed
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
