- Strong hands‑on experience building agentic AI applications using modern LLM frameworks
- Proficiency in backend engineering skills, including Python and relevant AI tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced degree or research background in AI/ML
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React and modern design systems
- Familiarity with agent tracing, observability, and logging techniques for AI applications
