MSP Level 3 Technician

Systems Administrator — FUSE3 is a Managed Service Provider in the Sacramento region. We pride ourselves on solving problems for small to mid-size businesses. • Provide complex technical support to FUSE3 customers
• Set up and configure individual network users
• Assist in a variety of IT projects
• Maintain accurate notes and time entries in the Connect Wise Ticketing System and control records
• Perform network startup and shutdown procedures
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues
• Research, recommend and implement new technology
• Mentor less experienced technical support staff

• 3-5 years of troubleshooting and administration of Windows PCs, Server Hardware, and Server Operating Systems
• 3-5 years of experience in building, deploying, and troubleshooting networks and network hardware
• Microsoft 365 administration including but not limited to Office, Intune, Entra , etc.
• Active Directory, Group Policy, Virtualization technologies (Microsoft Hyper-V in particular), common backup technologies, network printing, and faxing
• Experience with Connect Wise, Sophos, VoIP, and previous MSP experience is highly preferred
• Strong customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Must be an excellent team player who can also work independently
• Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, maneuver under desks, and be able to cable new workstation arrangements/setups
• Driver's license and appropriate insurance required. The position will be based in Fair Oaks, CA, and will require travel to its surrounding areas
• Willingness to participate in the On-Call program
