We’re hiring a full-time Senior AI Engineer to build production-grade GenAI systems used daily by clinicians. This is applied AI in a regulated healthcare environment — not research or demos.
What You’ll Do- Ship LLM features from PoC to production
- Design prompts,
RAG pipelines
, and AI workflows - Ensure reliability, monitoring, and low hallucination rates
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape what ships
- Proven experience deploying LLM / GenAI systems in production
- Deep focus on AI quality and evaluation
- Base salary: ~$200,000 USD (depending on experience)
