The RoleAs Lead Data Governance, you will work closely with senior stakeholders in digital strategy, data analytics, and transformation to embed effective data governance across the organisation. Your responsibilities include:
- Taking an existing data governance strategy and turning it into a practical roadmap.
- Designing and writing data governance policies, standards, and processes.
- Driving governance across areas such as financial transformation, outcome measurement, and donor attribution.
- Working with a small central team plus distributed data owners across the organisation.
- Embedding change in an environment with limited resources, requiring influence, clarity, and hands‑on delivery.
- Providing subject‑matter expertise and guiding data maturity improvements across global teams.
- Strong commercial experience in data governance, including policy design, frameworks, and implementation.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Skilled at engaging diverse stakeholder groups across digital, analytics, finance, and operations.
- Comfortable operating in complex, international, and resource‑constrained environments.
- Up to 90k annually + benefits
