Our Advanced Technology Center is a unique testing and research lab. It serves as the front end of the WWT Platform and provides Labs, Learning Paths, Cyber Range, Proof of Concepts, Lab Hosting Programs, and WWT Research. These offerings support customers, partners, and internal employees needing training and education on the latest solutions across technology domains.

This role is a Technical Solutions Architect 1 in the Lab Services Security team within the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) Lab Services team. You will deploy and evaluate security technologies within the ATC, focusing on a wide range of technologies with a specific emphasis on key areas of Information Security. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge and expertise in Networking, Virtualization, and Compute, along with broad security knowledge—including endpoint, infrastructure, and cloud security.

• Build and manage relationships with customers and partners, both internally and externally.
• Design and build environments and security solutions for customer engagements, including Sandbox, Proofs of Concept, and Lab-as-a-Service.
• Create architectural diagrams, access guides, and other documentation for customer engagements and internal reference.
• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and other internal teams to develop test plans, use cases, and high/low‑level designs.
• Further develop and foster OEM partnerships and relationships that support WWT’s go‑to‑market strategy around security solutions.
• Support business development and marketing initiatives as needed.
• Achieve industry standard certification requirements to maintain partner status.

• Bachelor’s degree in Art or Science—Cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Art or Science—Information Technology.
• Combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in a related field.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. The estimated current base pay range for this position is $ to $ annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors—including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range may differ in other geographic locations. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation such as bonuses or commissions, not included in the base pay.
