Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator in Maryland Heights, MO.
Summary:
The Technical Project Coordinator will serve as a critical bridge between Business Stakeholders, Business Analysts, and the Template Development team. This individual is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end lifecycle of communication templates (Email, SMS, RCS, and Autocall) while providing high-level technical guidance to developers. The ideal candidate understands the technical complexities of front-end code and cloud-based delivery systems and can act as a technical escalation point to ensure the successful delivery of customer-facing notifications and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination:
Manage the intake process for new template requests and enhancements, ensuring all projects are documented, prioritized, and tracked from request through deployment - Ecosystem Oversight:
Maintain a deep understanding of the technical stack (VS Code, Git Lab, AWS Pinpoint) and assist in the strategic transition to new delivery solutions as AWS Pinpoint is sunset - Cross-Functional Liaison: "Bridge the gap" between Business Analysts and developers to ensure business requirements are technically feasible and clearly translated into actionable development tasks
- Quality & Standards:
Establish and oversee technical standards for code quality and version control in Git Lab to ensure consistent and reliable customer communications - Hands-on Assistance (As Needed):
While primarily a coordination and support role, the candidate should be willing and able to perform coding and debugging if project volumes or complexity require it

Act as a technical resource for template developers, providing guidance on HTML, JavaScript, and Handlebars implementation to solve complex logic or layout challenges - Ecosystem Oversight:
Maintain a deep understanding of the technical stack (VS Code, Git Lab, AWS Pinpoint) and assist in the strategic transition to new delivery solutions as AWS Pinpoint is sunset - Cross-Functional Liaison: "Bridge the gap" between Business Analysts and developers to ensure business requirements are technically feasible and clearly translated into actionable development tasks

Strong experience using Git Lab (or similar Git-based systems) for code management and deployment workflows - Project Management Tools:
Experience with project tracking software (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Trello) to manage intake and project visibility - Cloud Delivery Systems:
Familiarity with AWS Pinpoint or equivalent Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP) for multi-channel messaging - Template Development:
Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Handlebars.js for dynamic content generation - Technical Problem Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot rendering issues across various devices and platforms (Email clients, SMS, RCS) - Communication:
Exceptional ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders and business objectives to developers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RCS (Rich Communication Services) and Autocall technology
- Knowledge of the AWS ecosystem beyond Pinpoint (e.g., Lambda, S3) to assist in platform migrations
- Previous experience in a "Lead" or "Senior" developer role within a marketing or customer communications environment
