• Develop business analysis, design, configuration, coordination, implementation, and support for systems
• Participate in process improvements and define project tasks in a matrix team
• Provide escalated technical support for enterprise client areas on existing business systems
• Document systems for turnover and training of associates and IT peers
• Conceptualize new processes and systems that add value to the employer''s business units

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline required
• 2-5 years’ experience in computer systems, business analysis, or related discipline
• Proven experience in the software development life cycle, including business process documentation and system deployment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a cross-functional environment
• Understanding of both waterfall and agile project methods

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field
• Experience configuring packaged, integrated systems
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting integrated enterprise software and cloud solutions
• Strong customer service/user support skills
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office Suite for project documentation and communication
