The role
We're looking for a world-class Founding Growth Marketer to own the full marketing stack from campaigns to analytics and experimentation. You’ll move fast, test often, and build the foundation for scalable & repeatable growth for a new category of cloud computing.
This is a hands‑on IC role at the intersection of traditional Performance Marketing and GTM Engineering — for someone who thrives in early‑stage environments and loves blending creativity, data, system building, and strategy.
What you'll doCollaborating with cofounders and leveraging AI as much as possible, build a demand generation engine across multiple channels with a relentless focus on driving leads for our founding team: both demos and sign‑ups.
- You’ll launch and iterate on paid and organic campaigns to hit our lead goals.
- Working with founders, test different compelling messaging & value propositions in your campaign content that reflects our product and company identity.
- You will manage analytics and rigorously track and report on campaign performance
, using insights to double down on what works and quickly iterate away from what doesn’t. - Build lead lists of AI startups in our ICP, using both manual research and setting up AI automations.
- Ideate and execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns to generate intro calls for founders, using a mix of manual personalized experiments and AI automation to scale.
- Ideate and execute on other kind of distribution plays aiming to increase signup & qualified calls growth — for example monitoring GEO (generative engine optimization) performances and trying improvements.
- Proven recent experience driving measurable growth at a cloud / platform / AI / ML / infrastructure company selling to developers, ideally in earlier stages.
- Full‑stack marketing skill set: spanning from strategy and copywriting/creative production, to analytics and outbound automation.
- You’re an execution machine:
You have a bias for action, experimentation, and rapid iteration. You thrive on a high‑velocity, results‑oriented team. - You understand that the best automation is useless without a compelling message. You know how to write copy that sounds human, even when delivered by a bot.
- You’re a system‑builder. You are excited by the challenge of setting up new systems stitching no‑code/low‑code tools & LLMs together (e.g. n8n, Clay, Attio, Claude Agents, etc.).
- Data‑driven & analytical:
You are proficient with analytics and know how to meter attribution and measure the performance of your initiatives to drive decisions. - You are deeply AI fluent, and are eager to join a growth role at a company where the product is highly technical and sold to developers.
- Build a category: You'll be shaping the growth engine for a new category of cloud computing, at the cutting‑edge of AI infrastructure. The playbook for marketing agentic infrastructure has yet to be written. You'll help us win the top 1% of AI companies of our generation, from Lovable to Hugging Face.
