We are looking for a Senior GTM Systems Engineer to own the technical backbone of our outbound operations. This isn't a traditional Rev Ops role; you will be the lead architect of our automated workflows and deliverability infrastructure.

Your mission is to design, build, and maintain a scalable engine that powers our sales team. You will ensure our emails hit the inbox, our data flows perfectly between systems, and our automation stack (n8n) is robust and error-free.

• Outbound Infrastructure: Design and maintain a high-scale email architecture including domain warmup, rotation strategies, and DNS management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Automation & Workflow Engineering: Build complex, multi-step automated workflows using n8n and native integrations to connect our CRM, enrichment providers, and internal tools.
• Data Pipeline Management: Create and manage data transformation pipelines using APIs and webhooks, ensuring clean JSON mapping and reliable data flow into Hub Spot

• Deliverability Monitoring: Proactively monitor bounce rates, spam placement, and sender reputation to ensure maximum reach for our outbound sequences.
• System Architecture: Document all workflows and system designs, creating a source of truth that allows the team to operate and troubleshoot independently.

  Experience:
  
  You have 3–5 years of experience in GTM Engineering or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable working with APIs and webhooks
  . You can read technical documentation, write API calls, and debug complex integration issues.
• Deliverability Expert: You understand the "cat and mouse" game of email deliverability. You know how to manage domain health and inbox placement at scale.
• Systems Thinker: You don't just fix problems for today; you think in terms of scalability, failure modes, and long-term data integrity.
• Tool Specialist: You have hands-on experience with the modern outbound stack (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, Aircall) and CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred).

• Advanced proficiency in n8n or similar low-code automation platforms.
• Experience setting up and optimizing high-volume calling/dialer systems (Orum, Aircall, etc.).
• Experience with data enrichment providers and custom scraping workflows.
• Background in software development or data engineering.
