• Develop business analysis, design, configuration, and support for system deployment activities
• Participate in process improvements, including defining technical scope and project tasks
• Provide escalated technical support for enterprise client areas on existing business systems
• Track and address bugs identified during testing and production phases
• Document systems for turnover and training of associates and IT peers

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 2-5 years of experience in computer systems, business analysis, or related fields
• Proven experience in the software development life cycle, including documentation and testing
• Strong customer service and user support skills with experience in a cross-functional environment
• Knowledge of both waterfall and agile project methodologies

• MBA or advanced degree
• Hands-on experience configuring packaged, integrated systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
• Experience with integrated, enterprise 3rd party packaged software and cloud solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments
