We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Specialist to manage day-to-day operations across our Shopify store and Amazon marketplace. This role involves ensuring our digital storefronts run smoothly, products are merchandised accurately, advertising spend is optimized, and the customer experience is seamless across all channels.
Responsibilities- Maintain and update our Shopify store, including product uploads, collection curation, and content refreshes.
- Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, inventory sync, pricing strategy, and A+ Content.
- Build, monitor, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to maximize ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research and bid management for Amazon advertising; provide regular performance reporting on ad spend and revenue.
- Manage the merchandising calendar and ensure timely product drops and seasonal refreshes.
- Coordinate eCommerce reporting — including product performance, conversion, and sell-through insights.
- Serve as the first line of defense for troubleshooting site issues, coordinating with developers when needed.
- Own all product data entry and content management: descriptions, pricing, images, tags, filters, and inventory sync.
- Optimize collection pages and PDPs for conversion and SEO.
- Support promotions, discount codes, and campaign setup on-site.
- Assist with QA testing across devices before launches or updates.
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital operations (Shopify experience preferred).
- Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-obsessed. Comfortable in backend platforms like Shopify and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify reports, etc).
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (product listings, inventory management, reporting, and A+ Content).
- Proven track record managing Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and optimizing ad spend for ROAS.
- Familiarity with Amazon advertising and keyword research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar) is a plus.
- A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to manage timelines independently.
