Implementation Consultant

We are looking for a mid-level Net Suite Implementation Consultant to join our EMEA team. This role is ideal for someone who understands how businesses actually operate — especially from a finance and operations perspective — and knows how to translate that reality into effective Net Suite solutions.

You’ll work closely with customers across industries, guiding them from discovery through go‑live and beyond, owning functional design, configuration, testing, and user enablement.

You will be responsible for the functional success of Net Suite implementations by:

• Leading business process discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand current-state processes, pain points, and business goals
• Designing end-to-end Net Suite solutions aligned with Suite Success or Bring IT methodologies
• Configuring Net Suite across core business areas, with strong ownership of Record-to-Report, O2C, and P2P processes
• Identifying gaps and proposing practical workarounds or enhancements
• Writing clear functional specifications for customizations and integrations
• Preparing and executing test scenarios (unit, integration, UAT, regression) and coordinating final deployment
• Supporting data migration and system readiness activities
• Creating documentation, best practices, and training materials, and delivering user training sessions
• Managing your own tasks and deliverables across multiple client engagements
• Collaborating with technical teams, project managers, and global stakeholders

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with Net Suite ERP
• Experience in multiple full-cycle implementations (functional ownership, not just support)
• Background as a Net Suite consultant or internal application owner
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
• Business-oriented mindset — you understand how companies operate, not just how systems work
• Experience working with international, multicultural teams
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Suite Success implementation experience
• Experience with integrations (Boomi, Celigo, Mule Soft)
• Basic Suite Script 1.0 / 2.0 exposure
• CPA or finance-related academic background
