Commercial Manager UBW Naval

, is expanding into the defense and naval sector — and we’re looking for an entrepreneurial leader to help shape this new chapter.

As Commercial Manager Naval (Europe/NATO), you’ll lead UBW’s commercial strategy within the defense ecosystem — working directly with Ministries of Defense, naval authorities, and strategic partners to position UBW as a trusted supplier of submersible platforms, underwater systems, and advanced maritime technologies
.

• Drive all commercial and business development activities in the European defense market
• Secure government tenders and long-term defense contracts
• Build senior relationships across NATO defense networks
• Translate UBW’s cutting‑edge submersible technology into operational advantage for clients

• 5+ years in defense (preferable Naval or SOF)
• Strategic, entrepreneurial, and globally minded
• Fluent in English (French or German a plus)
• Willing to travel at least 30%
