We're looking for a sharp, curious Data Analyst to join our team and help turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive real business decisions. You'll work cross-functionally across the organization — from network operations to marketing — and play a key role in shaping how we understand our customers, our performance, and our opportunities.

If you love digging into data, building dashboards that actually get used, and solving problems that matter at scale, this might be the role for you.

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines to support data integration from multiple sources across the business
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting needs
• Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into KPIs and business performance metrics
• Conduct data mining and exploratory analysis to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
• Maintain data integrity and support ongoing database management efforts
• Document data processes, definitions, and workflows to support team knowledge sharing

• 3–5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role (telecom or tech industry experience is a plus)
• Solid hands-on experience with ETL development and data pipeline management
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational database management
• Proven ability to build and maintain dashboards and metric reporting — you know how to tell a story with data
• Experience with data mining and turning raw data into meaningful insights
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication skills — you can explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
