Data Specialist

We are seeking qualified GenAI Data Specialists to support training, evaluation, and dataset development for Gen AI models. The role includes data annotation, content generation, model evaluation, coding tasks, and multimodal workflows and other relevant tasks conducted under strict security and compliance standards.

Remote

from $3 per hour to $50+ per hour depending upon the qualification tier, task complexity, Domain & Country/Language

• Entry / Support
  • High School or Bachelor’s, 0–4 years
• Advanced Contributor
  • Master’s or equivalent, 3–5 years
• Expert / Research
  • PhD or equivalent, 5–7+ years
• Technical / Coding
  • CS/Engineering degree or 2–3 years dev experience

• Native or fluent in project language
• English C1+ (CEFR) required for select client-facing roles

• Meet defined quality benchmarks
• Achieve ≥95% monthly productivity targets
• Complete mandatory training and qualification assessments
