ERP Business Systems Analyst

What You’ll Own

• Serve as subject matter expert for our ERP platform across production, inventory, purchasing, planning, quality, and operational modules
• Support and enhance ERP performance across manufacturing, transportation, crane operations, and support services
• Configure and optimize Quickbase applications including formulas, pipelines, relationships, and automated workflows
• Develop SQL queries, views, and structured reporting to deliver accurate, actionable operational data
• Ensure data integrity across ERP, Quickbase, and connected systems enterprise-wide
• Document and redesign workflows using structured process-mapping tools
• Identify automation and efficiency opportunities using lean and operational excellence principles
• Support system upgrades, testing, integrations, and new functionality rollouts
• Provide user training and ongoing systems support across divisions
• You will collaborate directly with leaders in manufacturing, fleet operations, logistics, finance, safety, and administration to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• 3+ years supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing or heavy operational environment
• Strong SQL and relational database expertise
• Experience with Quickbase or strong aptitude for configurable business platforms
• Process mapping proficiency (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar)
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and field-based teams
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting industrial operations, transportation, or heavy equipment is highly valued.
