• Configure N41 ERP to fit clients’ business and environment.
• Assist data migration from clients’ old ERP software to N41 ERP product.
• Provide training opportunities to clients (end users).
• Collaborate with development team to custom program based on clients’ needs and translate those into N41’s product and actionable next steps.
• Lead internal and external meetings, including weekly check-ins and client training sessions.
• Set a strong foundation for ongoing client management success and provide continuous support to clients.
• Drive open issues to conclusion in a timely manner.
• Work to continuously improve the implementation process.

• Exceptional understanding of the IT environment.
• 1-5 years of experience working in a related industry.
• Motivated self‑starter with demonstrated creative problem‑solving and issue‑resolution skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and a track record of managing processes with a sharp attention for detail.
• Experience with CRM applications to manage tasks, events, opportunities, and accounts.
• Positive and can‑do attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

The pay range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $55,000 – $80,000 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range is provided by N41 and your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.
