Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect

We are looking for a Principal Cloud Infrastructure Architect to support a large-scale enterprise cloud transformation program within a complex telecom environment.

This role works closely with the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) and is responsible for designing and building foundational AWS infrastructure components that enable migration and modernization at scale.

This is deep infrastructure engineering not a lift-and-shift execution role. The role might require flexible working hours to ensure proper coordination with the team members working from EST timezone.

• Design and implement AWS infrastructure using Terraform (IaC-first approach)
• Develop reusable Terraform modules and enforce infrastructure standards
• Architect and build complex VPCs, subnets, routing, firewalls, transit gateways, and load balancers
• Contribute to enterprise landing zone architecture and governance patterns
• Automate infrastructure workflows using Python
• Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant infrastructure by design
• Partner with CCoE, migration teams, and governance stakeholders to enable scalable patterns
• Support architectural reviews and technical decision-making across multiple migration waves

• 8+ years of cloud infrastructure experience
• Deep hands-on expertise with AWS
• Advanced experience with Terraform , including module design and large-scale deployments
• Strong understanding of AWS networking (VPC architecture, routing, NACLs, security groups, etc.)
• Strong Python scripting skills
• Experience in enterprise-scale migration or transformation programs
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in cross-functional environments

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
• Experience working within a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) model
• Familiarity with AWS Kiro and enterprise cloud governance/control plane architectures
• Experience in telecom or highly regulated enterprise environments
