Serves as the Help Desk Specialist. Responsible for supporting all employees with general technical issues pertaining to PCs and peripherals, third party software, data processing system, and general networking tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIESDATA PROCESSING AND MEMBER SERVICES SUPPORT
- Responsible for answering Help Desk calls and logging tickets via the Help Desk website.
- Responsible for providing Desktop/Laptop and Printing Support
- Responsible for providing tier 1 application support.
- Responsible for reviewing trends by reviewing previous help tickets as well as producing weekly reports.
- Responsible for installing Desktop/Laptop hardware and software.
- Assists in upgrades to third party software.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provides reliable support and resolution to staff in a timely manner as it relates to submitted helpdesk tickets and calls.
- Efficiently issues desktops, laptops phones, printers, and other personal computing peripherals that are operable for the user.
- Effectively install and support desktop applications.
- Perform timely data processing.
Other projects may be assigned.

MINIMUM ABILITY, SKILL, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS- High School Degree.
- College Degree preferred in Information Systems.
- Three (3) years experience in Microsoft Windows Networking and Troubleshooting PCs and Printers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows 10 required.
- Credit Union experience preferred.
Perform primarily sedentary work on computer or laptop for an average of 8 hours per day. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situations. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile and calculator. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must by capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.

Must have reliable transportation and the ability to report to any location as requested. Must be able to perform job functions with supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team. Must be able to read and carry out various instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence.
Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations with extreme accuracy. Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public. Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines/requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace.
Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on confidential matters.
