• Degree or equivalent experience in user research, design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in UX Research for digital products
• Strong presentation and communication skills to build trust with collaborators
• Ability to convert complex data into practical insights
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at various stages

• Passion for AI and continuous exploration of emerging tools in the industry
• Experience applying a wide variety of research methods across the product development cycle
