Website Design Project Manager

Overview

Digital Style House is a luxury-focused digital marketing agency working with service-based businesses and eCommerce brands. We’re looking for an experienced Website Design Project Manager to oversee client website projects from onboarding through design, development, and launch. This is a contract / part-time role
, ideal for a freelancer or someone looking to add additional project-based work to their schedule.

You will be responsible for managing website projects end-to-end, acting as the main point of contact between clients, our internal designers, and developers. You’ll ensure projects stay on scope, on timeline, and launch smoothly. You will work closely with our in-house designers to bring high-quality, conversion-focused websites to life across both service-based and eCommerce brands.

• Manage website projects from client onboarding through final launch
• Lead kickoff calls and guide clients through the website process
• Coordinate with in-house designers and developers to execute projects
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, revisions, and approvals
• Manage website builds for service-based and eCommerce clients
• Ensure proper setup of domains, hosting, and site handoff
• Review sites for functionality, responsiveness, and launch readiness
• Ensure basic SEO best practices are implemented
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams

• Shopify (store setup, themes, add-ons, apps, launches)
• Word Press + Elementor
• Domain name setup & DNS management
• Basic SEO knowledge (on-page SEO, site structure, metadata)
• Shopify add-ons / apps
• Figma (reviewing and working from design files)

• Has experience building and launching websites

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working directly with clients
• Strong communicator who can keep projects moving
• Experienced working with designers and developers
• Familiar with both service-based and eCommerce website needs
