SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in HR domain, demonstrating deep understanding of HR processes, technologies, and transformation opportunities.
• Provide solution architecture leadership for large-scale HCM transformation projects, with hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors.
• Lead and manage customer engagements related to SAP Success Factors implementation and optimization.
• Conduct customer discussions and workshops, including planning, sequencing, and facilitation of discovery sessions to gather business requirements.
• Collaborate with C-level executives to deliver HR advisory and organizational change management strategies.
• Drive and define strategic roadmaps for HR technology transformation.
• Deliver advisory and assessment services during RFP/RFI phases or proactive engagements for SAP Success Factors journeys.
• Work closely with global teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment across regions.
• Provide leadership in solution blueprinting, integration planning, and architecture design.
• Act as a thought leader, staying updated on HR technology trends and innovations.
• Ensure articulate and succinct communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Hold minimum two SAP Success Factors certifications (Employee Central mandatory).
• Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and proactively while managing complex projects from strategy to execution.
