Role SummaryThe Digital Marketing Specialist independently manages day-to-day execution across web, analytics/reporting, paid media support, marketing operations, and cross‑functional coordination. This role owns the marketing dashboard, maintains core marketing databases and product content systems, and drives website accuracy and performance with minimal oversight.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite & Digital Platforms
- Manage website content updates, enhanced product pages, product spec content, and basic on‑page SEO (metadata, titles, descriptions).
- Maintain accuracy of product spec library, label/carton artwork databases, and related web/product content systems.
- Coordinate website launches, site consolidations, redirects, and QA with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Monitor site health (broken links, form issues, page performance) and troubleshoot/coordinate fixes with vendors.
- Coordinate setup and ongoing support for customer web portals; route and resolve web‑related customer service inquiries.
- Maintain online directory listings and ensure brand/contact consistency across platforms.
Analytics, Reporting & Marketing Operations
- Own the marketing dashboard and deliver recurring performance reporting (GA4 traffic sources, email campaign performance, paid media, and CRM insights).
- Analyze website traffic sources, campaign results, and audience behavior to surface actionable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain and improve data hygiene across CRM, email lists, and marketing databases; coordinate fixes with Sales/Customer Service as needed.
- Participate in Power BI initiatives (requirements gathering, data cleanup, dashboard maintenance, documentation).
- Support customer surveys and feedback collection; summarize results and recommend improvements.
- Support loyalty, referral, and online review campaigns (setup support, tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement).
- Track marketing program spend at a practical level (invoices/POs/vendor billing support) and maintain organized records.
Paid Media & Social Channels
- Support execution and reporting for Google Ads, Linked In Advertising, and Facebook/Meta campaigns (tracking/UTMs, QA, and performance reporting).
- Coordinate campaign creative, landing pages, and reporting inputs with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Maintain Linked In and other social media channels (content scheduling, basic community engagement, and channel hygiene).
- Support participation in Linked In Groups and relevant industry associations (posting support and community upkeep).
- Maintain organized paid media assets, audiences, and tracking documentation to enable repeatable execution.
Content, Creative & Events Support
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for flyers, collateral, catalogs, and other creative needs (briefs, revisions, approvals, timelines).
- Support content creation (posts, blogs, infographics), video script writing, and customer testimonials/case‑study inputs.
- Coordinate product photography needs (shot lists, scheduling, asset delivery, and file organization).
- Support tradeshow and event preparation (collateral, signage, samples, shipping, and onsite support as needed).
- Maintain a structured digital asset library (naming conventions, version control, and easy retrieval).
Process Improvement & AI Tools
- Research, test, document, and implement AI tools to improve marketing workflows; train internal users on best practices.
- Build simple SOPs/checklists for recurring processes (site updates, reporting cadence, campaign QA).
- Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements that improve speed, accuracy, and cross‑team alignment.
