Location: California
A leading IT solutions provider is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Contractor in California to provide first- and second-level technical support. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot desktop, mobile, and network issues, support A/V operations during events, and ensure excellent service for all end users. Applicants should have 4+ years of helpdesk experience and strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365.
The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $40-45, depending on experience.
