** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Partner with Business Development to secure new opportunities and expand market share
* Advise clients on imaging strategies and ensure successful trial execution
* Provide medical and scientific expertise to internal teams for project delivery
* Review and edit clinical trial protocols, imaging manuals, and study documentation
* Lead governance meetings and represent Clario at Investigator Meetings
* Train study teams and mentor staff on imaging and scientific requirements
* Monitor reader performance and participate in Read Monitoring Board activities
* Drive process improvements and technology enhancements for imaging services
* Collaborate with product development and cross-functional teams on system requirements
* Support proposal development and client presentations for new business opportunities
** What We Look For
*** MD or PhD in a scientific discipline
* 5+ years of experience in medical imaging and clinical trials within CRO or pharma
* Expertise in respiratory imaging, rare diseases, or pediatric conditions using MR, CT, X-ray, or Ultrasound
* Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations
* Proven ability in project planning, reporting, and financial management
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
* Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to travel up to 30% and work in a hybrid environment
