Role Overview :

As a Senior Account Executive at Crash Override, you’ll own the West Coast sales motion from the ground up. You’ll build your own pipeline, learn a deeply technical product, and run full-cycle deals with engineering and security leaders. This is a hands-on, early-stage role for a seller who thrives in ambiguity, takes full ownership, and doesn’t wait for an inbound or established process to create results.

What

You’ll Do
  • Own full-cycle sales from first touch through close across mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Build pipeline from zero through outbound, founder-led deals, partners, and direct network-driven motion
  • Lead discovery, demos, competitive positioning, POCs, security reviews, and procurement processes
  • Multithread complex, multi-stakeholder deals with technical and executive buyers
  • Develop and manage early GTM partner relationships in the region
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and a clean, disciplined CRM
  • Provide structured customer and market feedback to product and leadership
What You Bring
  • Demonstrated success selling technical B2B products to engineering-led organizations in full-cycle roles
  • A consistent record of exceeding quota in self-directed, outbound-driven sales environments
  • Early-stage startup experience with comfort operating without established process, playbooks, or inbound demand
  • Proven ability to build territory and pipeline from zero by working your own network and outbound motion
  • Experience selling complex products (Dev Ops, security, observability, data, ML tooling, or similar)
  • Strong technical fluency and learning velocity; able to quickly understand and demo a technical product
  • Clear, concise executive-level communication and strong stakeholder management
  • High agency, resilience, and prioritization in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Location and compensation:
We re looking for reps to be based in the West Coast. Salary range is 50/50 DOE and location.
