DMV's Information Systems Division (ISD) is seeking a motivated individual to serve as a Product Support Assistant. Under the direction of the Product Quality Group Manager, Information Technology (IT) Manager I, the IT Associate is responsible for a variety of technical and analytical tasks in support of the Enterprise Modernization Project. The IT Associate will assist with implementing technology solutions, maintaining documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting with troubleshooting issues.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with tracking and updating project schedules
- Supporting testing and assists validation of system changes
- Helping to track and maintain documentation
- Assisting with preparing status reports and maintaining communication logs
In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
- Knowledge of basic IT concepts and software development methods (such as Agile and Dev Ops).
- Understanding of business processes to supplement IT.
- Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
