We seek a detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to manage Klaviyo email marketing campaigns. This remote role combines email marketing execution, and project coordination, requiring strong marketing insight and attention to detail.

You’ll implement and manage email marketing campaigns, create engaging email content through Klaviyo, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Schedule and manage email automation and flows
• Monitor performance
• Populate email templates with creative assets: copy, photos, promo codes, product links
• Refresh email designs in collaboration with designers for a cohesive visual experience
• Edit and optimize digital assets for email marketing campaigns
• Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns related to email
• Manage timelines for internal teams and external agencies for email initiatives
• Document processes and requirements for new email features or campaigns
• Collaborate with development teams and agencies on project timelines and requirements for email projects
• Manage project deadlines for both internal and external stakeholders related to email marketing
• Create detailed specifications and requirements for new email features and enhancements
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and convert them into actionable email marketing tasks
• Ensure email marketing project requirements align with overall business goals
• Monitor email analytics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) to improve performance
• Provide data-driven marketing recommendations based on email performance
• Update promotional content within email campaigns
• Implement email list segmentation and hygiene strategies

• Proficiency with Klaviyo email marketing platform
• Understanding of email marketing best practices
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics
• Strong project coordination abilities
• Experience with email marketing integrations
• 2-3 years or more of relevant email marketing experience

• Ability to adapt copy for email campaigns
• Creative sensibility and excellent communication skills
• Capacity to manage multiple email projects with tight deadlines
• Eagerness to contribute new email marketing and design ideas
