We are hiring an SAP Callidus Workflow Specialist to design, implement, and manage workflows within SAP Callidus Cloud. This role focuses on optimizing sales performance, incentive compensation, and related processes.

• Design and configure custom workflows for approvals, dispute resolution, and plan distribution.
• Integrate SAP Callidus workflows with ERP and other systems.
• Optimize existing workflows for efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (sales, finance, operations) to gather requirements and provide end-user support.
• Monitor workflow performance and maintain system integrity.
• Document configurations and generate performance reports.

• Expertise in SAP Callidus Cloud modules (Sales Commissions, Sales Territory, Workflow).
• Hands-on experience in workflow configuration and integration.
• Strong understanding of sales performance management and incentive compensation processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud and Agile methodologies (JIRA).
• SAP Callidus certifications.
