ERP Implementation & Systems Integration Manager

Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented ERP Implementation & Systems Integration Manager.

Initially, you will focus on leading the enterprise-wide deployment of a new ERP platform and overseeing its long-term optimization. This role will expand to support and manage all key system integrations across the company, serving as a program manager and change leader. You will ensure the system enhances business operations, drives user adoption, and delivers measurable value across all functional areas.

• Manage the ERP implementation lifecycle from design and testing through go‑live and stabilization.
• Develop change management strategies to drive user adoption, communication, and training.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to align expectations and ensure business process readiness.
• Act as the primary liaison between implementation partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage integrations between the ERP platform and other enterprise systems.
• Maintain a roadmap for enhancements, upgrades, and continuous process improvements.
• Analyze, extract, and translate complex business requirements into technical requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience managing ERP or large‑scale technology projects.
• Proven experience leading change management and adoption strategies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, reasoning, and research abilities.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Direct experience with Workday or an equivalent ERP system.
• Familiarity with Viewpoint.

$84,000.00 - $ / yr.
