Workday developer

ELEKS is looking for a Workday developer in Argentina

Our customer is one of the top five health insurance companies in the US. The company serves over 15 million members across five states and employs over 20,000 people.

We help our customers achieve their goals by developing and supporting IT tools.

For the role, we are seeking a skilled Workday Developer to design, build, test, and maintain Workday applications and integrations supporting key business processes across HR, payroll, and financial systems.

• Solid hands-on experience as a Workday Developer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP)
• Strong understanding of Workday’s data model and integration architecture
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions with clear, maintainable documentation
• Proven ability to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across Workday integrations
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with change management processes and maintaining technical documentation
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on scalable, maintainable solutions

• Workday certifications (e.g.,Workday Integration Certified,Workday Studio Certified)
• Experience with otherenterprise HR/payroll systemsor ERP environments
• Familiarity with security modelsandcompliancein enterprise systems

• Design, develop, and maintain
  
  Workday applications and integrationsbased on business requirements
• Build and maintaincustom Workday reports(Advanced, Matrix, Composite) anddashboards
• Partner with
  
  HR, Finance, and Payrollteams to identify and clarify integration and reporting needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and custom reports
• Maintain clear documentation and technical artifacts in line with internal change management practices
• Contribute to technical upgrades and release activities, ensuring minimal business disruption
