• Configure, implement, and support Epic application(s) to meet organizational needs
• Analyze system requirements, conduct workflow analysis, and document findings
• Provide guidance and support to end-users, resolving system issues and enhancing application usage
• Manage small to medium projects independently, keeping stakeholders updated on progress
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience (2 years)
• Epic Application Certification required within 6 months of hire
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
