POSITION OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage day‑to‑day IT operations within the Service Desk and IT Engineering functions, overseeing ticketing systems, support workflows, and SLAs to maintain operational excellence.
  • Track and communicate key metrics for service delivery, uptime, and incident resolutions, using data to recommend and drive improvements.
  • Mentor Helpdesk and IT Engineering staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing, continuous training, and career growth.
  • Act as the escalation point for all technical issues, modeling a problem‑solving mindset, developing documentation, and training support staff.
  • Coordinate operational project work, including system upgrades, maintenance, and technology rollouts with minimal disruption to business.
  • Maintain monitoring, incident management, and disaster recovery protocols to safeguard business operations.
  • Oversee system maintenance and patch management, prioritizing security and reliability.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance on infrastructure components.
  • Manage audio/visual use and equipment in all buildings and collaborate with the vendor to implement world‑class collaboration experiences.
  • Implement IT governance, security controls, and compliance measures, promoting a culture of responsibility.
  • Build positive relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring consistent, reliable, and cost‑conscious service.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Located at corporate headquarters: 18777 US Hwy 66, Pacific, MO 63077
  • Temperature‑controlled office environment.
  • Standard office equipment such as laptop computers, copy/fax, and smartphones.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
  • 5+ years of technical expertise in Information Technology or Systems Administration required.
  • 2+ years of proven success leading people and processes within IT Operations with technology policy and procedure management required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field strongly preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

This position pays between $115,000 and $130,000 base compensation a year.
