, you will lead strategic engagement with Global System Integrators to accelerate digital transformation for joint customers. This role is pivotal in expanding Equinix’s reach through deep partnerships, driving co‑created solutions, and enabling growth across multi‑cloud, AI, and edge infrastructure.
- Partner Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute a GSI engagement strategy aligned with Equinix’s global objectives.
- Develop joint business plans with GSIs to drive revenue, innovation, and customer success.
- Go‑to‑Market Leadership
- Lead partner sales motions and solution development across Equinix’s portfolio.
- Drive joint marketing initiatives and industry events to amplify ecosystem impact.
- Executive Engagement
- Build and maintain C‑suite relationships with GSI leadership at Accenture, Deloitte, Kyndryl, HCL, Wipro, TCS, and others to influence strategic decisions.
- Represent Equinix at advisory boards, partner councils, and executive forums.
- Ecosystem Development
- Enable GSIs through certifications, training, and solution readiness programs.
- Foster innovation in AI, multi‑cloud, and industry‑specific architectures leveraging Platform Equinix.
- Performance Management
- Track partner KPIs, pipeline growth, and ensure delivery of revenue and customer success outcomes.
- Report progress to senior leadership and continuously optimize engagement models.
- 15+ years in partner management, business development, or channel leadership within technology or digital infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing complex global partnerships and influencing at executive levels.
- Strong understanding of AI, cloud, networking, and GSI business models.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- People leadership experience preferred.
