the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of enterprise technology projects, including ERP systems, web applications, and mobile apps. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, and provide technical and operational support. You will lead a team, coordinate activities, and ensure the seamless operation of mission‑critical systems, all while ensuring continuous improvement and scalability.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, including ERP, web, and mobile applications.
  • Supervise and develop a cross‑functional team of Project Managers, Quality Assurance, and Support professionals through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Oversee multiple technology projects, ensuring they align with business objectives, are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external teams, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the performance, stability, security, and scalability of enterprise systems.
  • Ensure the creation and maintenance of detailed project documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Use performance metrics, user feedback, and industry best practices to continuously improve systems and business processes.

Requirements
  • A degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in enterprise applications management or similar roles.
  • Proven experience managing teams and leading enterprise‑level technology projects, including e‑commerce, ERP, and mobile applications.
  • Experience working with Sage X3 and Magento is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with integrations between ERP and eCommerce systems is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering complex technology projects within budget and on time.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a strategic mindset, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A deep understanding of enterprise applications, ERP systems, web applications, and mobile app platforms.
