Job Responsibilities- Provide advanced-level knowledge of UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Advanced Scheduler module for retail clients.
- Lead workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades of time and attendance initiatives.
- Gather and define requirements, conduct gap analysis, design, development, and support.
- Participate in pre‑sales and sales strategy sessions.
- Facilitate complex working sessions with internal and client teams, tailoring strategic objectives to client needs.
- Create detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans, test cases, user training materials, and implementation documentation.
- Analyze complex data, summarize findings, and present results compellingly.
- Provide thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools, and services.
- Mentor and transfer knowledge to the consulting base.
- Track administrative expenses and time‑keeping duties required for billing.
Travel: Travel may be required, ranging from 0 to 100% depending on business needs.
Minimum Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience with UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Advanced Scheduler module.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in the retail industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience);
Associate’s Degree with equivalent work experience acceptable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience presenting to executive‑level audiences.
- Experience creating strategic communication pieces for executive audiences.
- Certification in UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Advanced Scheduler with at least 2 years of related experience.
- Ability to work on complex, fast‑paced projects in a collaborative team setting.
- Capability to handle escalated issues, understand client needs, and tailor solutions.
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
Compensation ranges vary by location, role, and experience. Example ranges:
California $63,800–$196,000;
Cleveland $59,100–$156,800;
Colorado $63,800–$169,300;
District of Columbia $68,000–$180,300;
Illinois $59,100–$169,300;
Maryland $63,800–$169,300;
Massachusetts $63,800–$180,300;
Minnesota $63,800–$169,300;
New York/New Jersey $59,100–$196,000;
Washington $68,000–$180,300.
