This position resides in the Sports and Entertainment Technology team within the TV Everywhere (TVE) division.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of platform requirements from inception through to guiding implementation.
- Identify and derive technical requirements from business and product requirements and designs.
- Collaborate with analysts and architects across engineering functions to ensure overarching requirements are fully represented in engineering teams.
- Maintain implementation documentation, including processes and flows, to ensure clear documentation of delivered capabilities.
- Work with product and business stakeholders to validate technical requirements and accept assumptions.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and technical teams across the company for integration, end‑to‑end testing setup, and rollout.
- Provide insight on opportunities to simplify requirements or leverage existing platform capabilities for greater business effect.
- Experience in technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing.
- Proven experience analyzing cross‑functional, end‑to‑end roles.
- Ability to think creatively, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Confidence in interacting with architects, analysts, project managers, and other team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present to various stakeholder levels, including senior management.
- Proven ability to prioritize workload in multi‑project environments.
- Experience working with teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence or similar tools.
- Experience with consumer‑facing products (web, mobile, applications) and OTT experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, background in technology or engineering is a significant plus.
- Strong self‑starter, consistently delivering without requiring significant oversight.
- Highly collaborative, building mutually beneficial relationships across teams.
- Comfortable with uncertainty, driving order and structure from business needs.
- Enjoys the technical solutioning challenge.
- Understanding of the enterprise software development lifecycle.
This position offers company‑sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and various discounts and perks.
Salary range: $110,000 - $145,000.
